It’s been brought to our attention that there is an individual or company attempting to sell marketing and web design services by falsely claiming that they are working with us. We don’t provide white-labeled services.
While we do collaborate with other companies on design and marketing projects, we do so openly. If you haven’t spoken with our founder, Camille Spain, about your project and our role in it, then the company or individual you contracted with isn’t working with us. We do not do entire websites, design packages, or marketing campaigns without talking to the individual or organization purchasing the service.
The only services we provide to other design and marketing companies without talking to their client are development and IT tasks under $750. Examples of these kinds of services include:
- Website migrations
- Installing software
- Installing SSL certificates
- Bugfixes
- Setting up and taking down staging sites/servers or other infrastructure management
- Changing a font or color on a website
- Adding a page to a website
- SMTP configuration
- Technical consulting
We believe that the company or individual is operating in the Southern California area, but this information may be incorrect or out of date.
